Hi, I’m Jordan Johnson founder of The Free Minds Method.
The Free Minds Method is a conscious pathway out of stagnancy and energy blocks. This method explores what it truly means to restore dignity, identity, and inner freedom—starting from the inside out.
I thoroughly demonstrate how to apply this method through the real-life example of homelessness revival in my upcoming book, The Free Minds Method. I also walk clients through this same method for spiritual development and personal empowerment.
My Approach
The Free Minds Method
A Conscious Pathway Out of Homelessness
The Free Minds Method is a three-phase restorative framework designed to address homelessness at its root, not just its symptoms. It recognizes that homelessness is not only a lack of housing—it is often a fracture of identity, belonging, and inner coherence.
This method restores the mind, heart, and gut—the three human intelligence systems so individuals can reclaim selfhood, dignity, and forward movement.
Clearing Steps for Any Dynamic Situation of Stagnancy or Energy Blockages
Ask one simple diagnostic question:
“Where is energy stuck in the triangle?”
Examples:
Burnout → JoRa imbalance (mind overloaded, no integration)
Addiction → JoRoots fracture (identity + safety disrupted)
Fear of success → JoRu blockage (fear of expansion)
Relationship loops → Heart–Gut disconnect
Homelessness → Root + safety rupture → identity collapse
You don’t fix the whole triangle at once.
You restore flow.
How This Applies to Homelessness Recovery
The Free Minds Method:
Restores identity before stability
Builds internal coherence before external structure
Addresses homelessness as a human rupture, not a failure
When people remember who they are, understand how they work, and commit to continual growth—housing becomes sustainable, not temporary.
Let’s dive into a sneak peek of my book…
PHASE ONE: JOROOTS — KNOWING THYSELF Mantra “We didn’t come from nothing. I didn’t come from nothing.”
✧ Purpose: Discovery & Clearing Phase
This phase focuses on identity reclamation and root chakra healing. Many individuals experiencing homelessness have been disconnected from:
their ancestry
their sense of origin
their soul identity
their internal safety
The JoRoots Phase is about remembering who you were before the world told you who you were.
✧ What This Phase Includes
This is the clearing and discovery phase, which varies and may include:
Reiki & energy healing
Etheric clearing
Spirit release therapy
Kundalini detoxification
Laying on of hands or psychic surgery
Trauma release work
Physical detoxification through herbs, fasting, vitamins, minerals, and nutrition
These modalities are not about “fixing” a person—they are about removing what never belonged to them.
✧ Core Questions of JoRoots
Who am I at a soul level?
Who are my ancestors?
What is my bloodline story?
What conditioning, trauma, or belief systems were passed down that are not mine?
What is my true spiritual DNA blueprint?
Outcome:
A grounded sense of identity, origin, and self-recognition.
This phase restores self-worth through remembrance (spiritual awakening).
PHASE TWO: JORA — INTEGRATION & EDUCATION “You are still worthy of light. I am still worthy of light.”
✧ Purpose: Integration of the Self
Once identity is reclaimed, the next step is integration—learning how to live as who you are.
JoRa represents the education phase, where knowledge becomes embodiment.
✧ What This Phase Includes
Understanding one’s birth chart, numerology, life path, & archetypal patterns
Understanding one’s life contract
Identifying spirit guides and angels
Recognizing one’s spiritual gifts
Learning one’s unique intuitive or energetic language
This phase is where individuals learn how they receive guidance, process information, and move through the world authentically. This often catapults self-healing.
✧ Intelligence Integration
JoRa integrates the three intelligence systems:
Mind — clarity, understanding, perception
Heart — emotional truth, compassion, connection
Gut — intuition, instinct, embodied knowing
This integration:
frees the mind
opens the heart
stabilizes the gut
Outcome:
A person who understands themselves and can begin walking in their true essence experiencing peace and a sense of being home within ones own heart, mind, and body.
PHASE THREE: JORU — CONTINUAL EVOLUTION “We are still moving—even after everything. I am still moving—even after everything.”
✧ Purpose: Commitment to Growth
JoRu is the phase of ongoing movement and devotional evolution.
This is where individuals consciously choose not to stagnate, even when life is difficult.
✧ What This Phase Represents
Declaring oneself a student of the universe
Remaining open to:
learning
education
constructive feedback
growth
Releasing fear of higher levels
Making decisions from love, not survival
JoRu is not perfection—it is commitment.
✧ Spiritual Commitment
This phase represents:
Commitment to love of self
Commitment to love of others
Commitment to a higher power (as individually defined)
Commitment to movement, evolution, and awareness
It is the understanding that home is not only a place—it is a state of being.
Outcome:
Sustained self-direction, resilience, and a focused-oriented mindset.
